It's a bit hard to tell since there's little detail - including which 6 school units are part of the cohort - at the website, which itself is hard to find at the DoE webpage. If you are interested, here's the Maine link: www.maine.gov/education/sbs/ The "SBS" refers to "Standards-Based System"; you would have thought the RttT application writers would have used that phrase a good deal more.
