		<description>I expect the SAD #15 reference is to the Re-Inventing Schools Coalition (RISC) initiative Maine allegedly has going on.  It&#039;s a bit hard to tell since there&#039;s little detail - including which 6 school units are part of the cohort  - at the website, which itself is hard to find at the DoE webpage.  If you are interested, here&#039;s the Maine link: www.maine.gov/education/sbs/  The &quot;SBS&quot; refers to &quot;Standards-Based System&quot;; you would have thought the RttT application writers would have used that phrase a good deal more.</description>
